NinePointTwo Capital
Independent. Research-driven.
Philosophy
Investment Philosophy
The guiding principles behind every decision we make.
Quantitative Rigor
Our models are built on years of research and empirical work. We continuously research and implement new tools, from machine learning to alternative data. We combine quantitative analysis and rules-based systems to craft our strategies.
Fundamental Grounding
We believe successful quantitative investing requires a fundamental foundation. Every strategy we've crafted, no matter how quantitative, traces back to well-documented economic rationale and must be robust across various market cycles and geographies.
Risk-First Approach
We believe risk management is where portfolio construction begins. NinePointTwo utilizes a proprietary risk model to help manage risk across the board, from our quantitative long/short strategies to our wealth management portfolios.
Independence
NinePointTwo is a founder-owned firm with no outside shareholders and no product mandates. There are no competing interests that shape our views or constrain our decisions. As a fee-only fiduciary, our only obligation is to our clients.
